These terms govern your use of this landing page and the application process for The Entered's founding-member waitlist. By submitting an application you confirm that you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a contract where you live. The Entered is intended for adults seeking dating and networking connections.

2. Honest information

The information you provide on the application must be truthful and about you. Do not submit somebody else's personal details or social handles. Fraudulent or misleading applications will be rejected and the data deleted.

3. No guarantee of acceptance

Applying to the waitlist does not entitle you to a founding-member seat or to any product access. The first 500 founding members will be chosen at our discretion. Your waitlist position is an indicator of the order in which your application was received, not a promise of selection.

4. Acceptable use

When interacting with this site you agree not to:

• Submit automated or bulk applications.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass the CAPTCHA or other spam controls.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the site or its hosting.
• Impersonate another person or provide information that is not yours to share.

5. Intellectual property

The name "The Entered", the logo, and all content on this site are owned by The Entered and its licensors. Do not reproduce them except for personal reference.

6. Third-party services

This site is hosted on Netlify and uses Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam. Your interaction with reCAPTCHA is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

7. Disclaimer

This landing page and the waitlist are provided "as is". We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that applications will be processed within any specific timeframe.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Entered is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of this site or submission of an application.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, for applicants we still hold data for, sent by email.
